📦 Shipping & Delivery

❓ How long does shipping take? We process all Standard Item orders within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery for all Standard Item usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. For Oversized Pet Furniture we provide standard shipping (Ocean) and express shipping (Air). Standard Ocean Shipping typically takes 30-50 business days for delivery, while Air Express arrives within 7-14 business days. Please note that air shipping for oversized pet furniture requires an additional shipping surcharge due to its size and weight. We appreciate your understanding regarding the logistics costs involved in delivering these premium larger pieces. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey. (Note: If there are unexpected carrier delays and you paid for expedited shipping but didn't receive it on time, we will refund your shipping fees.)

❓ How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly on our website—simply log into your account using your order email to view the real-time status of your shipment.

❓ Can I change my shipping address or delivery date? You can update your shipping address during checkout. If you realize you made a mistake after placing the order, please contact us immediately at info@the-pet-paradise.com. Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address or select a specific delivery date.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

❓ What is your return and exchange policy? We understand that sometimes a harness doesn't fit right or a bed isn't the perfect match. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

❓ How do I initiate a return, and who pays for shipping? To start a return, simply email us at info@the-pet-paradise.com. We will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a traceable shipping method, as we cannot provide tracking for your return parcel.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days with clear photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a full refund or replacement immediately.

🐾 Our Products & Sizing

❓ Are your products pet-safe and non-toxic? Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. We only carry supplies made with certified, non-toxic materials like BPA-free plastics, food-grade silicone, and durable fabrics. Every product is personally inspected by our Chief Testing Officer, Simba (and trust us, as a feline, he has very high standards!). If it’s not safe enough for our own pets, it won't make it to our store.

❓ Are your supplies suitable for both cats and dogs? Yes! While we have a feline boss, our store is a paradise for both cats and dogs. Many of our beds, bowls, and accessories are universally loved. For items designed specifically for a certain species or breed, you will find all the key information clearly listed at the top of the product page.

❓ How do I find the right size for my pet? Since pets come in all beautiful shapes and sizes, there is no "one-size-fits-all." For items requiring precise sizing (like apparel or harnesses), you will find detailed size charts and measurement guides on each product page. If you are still unsure between two sizes, our support team is happy to help you choose the perfect fit!

❓ Is my payment information secure? Yes. Your privacy and security are paramount. All payments are encrypted and securely processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure your data is protected at all times.
