Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is being processed, we are unable to change or cancel it. Our system is designed to process and ship orders efficiently. For any questions, please contact Customer Service online or email info@the-pet-paradise.com
In rare instances, we may need to cancel all or part of an order for the following reasons:
- Unavailable product(s)
- Existence of a duplicate order
- Inability to ship to the address provided
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification. You will not be billed for any cancelled products. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website.
