Return Policy

1. General Return Policy: We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may not be accepted for return.

  • Custom or personalized items

4. Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    • Email us at info@the-pet-paradise.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack and Ship Your Return:
    • Carefully pack the items you are returning, including all original packaging and tags. 
    • Ship the package to the return address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and it will takes up to 10 business days to return to your account.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Return Shipping Costs:

  • We are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

    8. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the defective item.
