  4. How do I find the right size for my pet? Most product are free size, is fit for most of your pets. For some special product need different size, you can check the size at item page.
  5. Can I use multiple promotional codes? Only one promotional code can be used per order. Enter your promo code during checkout in the 'Promo Code' box and click 'Apply'.
  6. Is my payment information secure? Yes, your payment information will be protected by Shopify Payments and Paypal.

  8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product? If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
