We care about quality — because your pet deserves the best. But we’re not perfect — if a material feels off, let us know. We aim to make pet products that last longer than your dog’s running distance(tough competition, we know).

We’ve got easy-peasy pet care routines here. Most items are machine washable (hooray for convenience!), but some products — especially smart gadgets or items with leather — need a little more TLC. A simple wipe with a damp cloth usually does the trick. Pro tip? Skip the bleach and the “mystery cleaner” under your sink. For best results (and to avoid your pet giving you side-eye), check the care label or the product page. Let’s be honest: none of us like hand washing, but hey, our pets are worth it.

Yes! All our pet supplies are tested to be safe for both pets and small humans — as long as you use them as intended. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After that, your pet supplies ship via USPS, FedEx, or other major carriers. Depending on where you are, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. We do our best, but sometimes weather or shipping gremlins slow things down. Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email or text. Just click the link to follow your package’s journey (it’s almost like tracking Santa).
