I was worried and I was going to ask for a refund, but in the inspection in Brazil, they opened the other package and sent it later. So everything OK, this information is if you buy more than one backpack and receive separately. Dimensions are good, my cats are around 3kg, they are comfortable. The backpack QDO the cat is inside is a little soft, because it is in Oxford, but that's okay, it's excellent; it's like school bag when you put a lot of material inside.
