Most of our pet supplies are super easy to use — seriously, just unbox and go! A lot of them are plug-and-play (or chew-and-play, depending on your pet). That said, a few items might need some basic assembly. Don’t worry, we try to include clear instructions either on the product page or inside the box. If you’re ever stuck or just don’t feel like figuring it out, drop us a message. We totally get it — we’ve all stared at a part thinking, “where the heck does this go?”

📦 What materials are used in your pet products?

We care about quality — because your pet deserves the best. Most of our pet accessories are made from durable, high-quality materials like stainless steel, ABS plastic, silicone, and other pet-safe components. But we’re not perfect — if a material feels off, let us know. We aim to make pet products that last longer than your dog’s running distance(tough competition, we know).

We’ve got easy-peasy pet care routines here. Most items are machine washable (hooray for convenience!), but some products — especially smart gadgets or items with leather — need a little more TLC. A simple wipe with a damp cloth usually does the trick. Pro tip? Skip the bleach and the “mystery cleaner” under your sink. For best results (and to avoid your pet giving you side-eye), check the care label or the product page. Let’s be honest: none of us like hand washing, but hey, our pets are worth it.

👶 Is the product safe for pets and kids?

Yes! All our pet supplies are tested to be safe for both pets and small humans — as long as you use them as intended. That said, if it has small parts or electronic bits, we highly recommend you supervise playtime. You know how curious pets (and toddlers) can be... If you’re not feeling the product — no worries. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days. Just make sure it’s in the original condition (we’re cool, but we can’t take back a chewed-up toy). 📬 How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After that, your pet supplies ship via USPS, FedEx, or other major carriers. Depending on where you are, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. We do our best, but sometimes weather or shipping gremlins slow things down. 📦 Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email or text. Just click the link to follow your package’s journey (it’s almost like tracking Santa).
